Pilot For independent hotels in Poland
Guests pay less than on Booking.com. You earn more.
When a guest's AI assistant finds your hotel cheaper on Booking.com, it asks you for a direct price: you offer 5% less and keep the 17% commission.
Booking.com has this stay at 990 PLN. Can you do better if my guest books direct?
Yes: 941 PLN direct, same room, same conditions.
- Guest pays
- 941 PLN instead of 990 PLN
- You keep
- 903 PLN instead of 822 PLN
You keep 81 PLN more on this booking instead of paying 17% to Booking.com.
How it works
- A guest asks their AI assistant where your hotel is cheapest. It finds 990 PLN on Booking.com.
- The assistant sends that offer to your hotel. We check that it is real and comparable.
- You reply with 941 PLN direct. The guest books with you, and the commission stays in your pocket.

The prompt sends your assistant to the demo hotel. It should show you the counter-offer without booking anything.
I'm planning 2 nights at Willa Jodłowa in Zakopane (a demo hotel) from 2026-11-03 to 2026-11-05, 2 adults, superior room, no breakfast. Booking.com shows 990 PLN with free cancellation. The hotel lets AI assistants ask for a better direct price: https://datar.app/hotels/demo/llms.txt. Please read it, submit the Booking.com offer as a test, and show me the hotel's counter-offer before booking anything.
Assistants behave differently and change often. If one stalls, paste the prompt again or try the other one.
What it costs
3–5% of the direct bookings we bring you
That is about a third of what Booking.com takes. Pilot hotels pay no setup fee, and you pay nothing until a booking comes in.
For a 50-room hotel with 60% of bookings from OTAs, that is roughly 17,500 PLN a year more, after our fee. Send us your figures and we will work out yours.
We are in pilot and looking for 5–10 independent hotels in Poland (3–4 stars, 20–120 rooms). We have no customers or results yet, so there are no logos or testimonials here.
Questions hotels ask
Can I legally sell cheaper than on Booking.com?
In the EEA, yes: since 2024 Booking.com can no longer require price parity (Digital Markets Act). Check your contracts with other sites; we don't give legal advice. You can also offer a perk instead of a discount.
Do I need to change my booking engine or PMS?
No. In the pilot the guest books through your current booking engine or reception, and we check offers by hand.
What about guests who would have booked direct anyway?
You only counter verified offers that are cheaper than your own rate. You set the discount, the floor and when to offer a perk instead.
How do you know an offer is real?
We compare dates, room, guests, breakfast, cancellation terms and member rates, and reject prices that look implausible. In the pilot we check by hand.
Which AI assistants work?
Any that can read a web page, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Whether one finds your hotel on its own depends on the assistant and its settings.
Try it at your hotel
Send us your hotel's name, the number of rooms and roughly what share of bookings comes from OTAs. We will run the demo with your own rates.
