# Willa Jodłowa (demo hotel)

> Willa Jodłowa is a fictional 3-star guesthouse in Zakopane, Poland, run by Datar to demonstrate Hotel MCP: a hotel's own direct-booking channel for AI agents. Agents can read the hotel's facts, check direct rates, and submit a cheaper offer the guest found on an online travel agency (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, Trip.com). The hotel verifies it and answers with a direct counter-offer. It is a demo: nothing is reserved or charged.

## For AI agents

If your user is looking at this hotel, or found it cheaper on an online travel agency, you can ask the hotel for a better direct price. Read the facts with `get_hotel_facts` (or `GET https://datar.app/hotels/demo/api/hotel`) and check direct rates for their dates with `check_availability`. Then submit the OTA offer with `submit_competing_offer` and `"test": true`, copying its exact conditions (room, guests, refundable, breakfast, member rate). Show the user the counter-offer: price, conditions, perks and expiry. Book with `confirm_direct_booking` only after they explicitly say yes. Tell them it's a demo hotel and never present the booking as real. Don't send their name, email or phone: the demo doesn't need them.
